Do schools kill creativity?
Rule Britania (or British Pirates!!)

While i was reading the article i started to think that we were in another time in history, like in times of colonization and stuff, and it´s hard to believe that the desesperation of be sure that oil and gas will not be abstent in the future of you country and only for them a big country as Britain will take away this small piece of land that in this days is one of the small places where the natural enviroment of the animal that live there is still respected. The awful thing about this situation is the desire of taking this land away whith the only porpose of exploting his natural resourses. I think that our country and Argentina arent free of this desires, because we have exploted parts of our envirement but i do believe that the Antartica is in better hand with us, that we are a small country and we dont really expect to became a number one country really soon, than a country that´s really powerfull and his ambition may be end destroying a one of a kind place in the world.
Maybe a big country as UK should be thinking in new ways of energy and ways to save our world than take away lands with the porpose of exploting it for they own benefit. It´s time to think in the world not in our selves.

Girl in the pearl earring
my favorite book

This book may not be the best book i´ve read in my life, but it became my favorite years ago back in to school, and the great thing about it it´s the easy to imagine everything that happens while you are reading it. It is a easy and fun book . When i had to read it, my first impression was that, i may not like it because my last book back then it was Sidartha drom H. Hesse wich was the complete opposite of Boleros en la Habana, it was a lot harder to finish and to read, i really liked that book too, but the subject was a lot more psicologic. Boleros en la Habana´s subject it´s a police book, with investigation and mafia, that kinda things hat i´m not used to read, but it´s treated in a way that comes far from Sherlok Holmes. It´s a topic treated as something common, easy to imagine, really urban and typical from anywhere, so it´s pretty funny to realize that those persons exists everywhere but it´s just we dont notice them until we see them reflect in a person from a book. The persecution, the cops, the mafia it just makes it really fun.
I´m not going to tell the whole story because i dont want to ruin your reading if you deside to read it some time.
I´m just a not a everyday reader except of stuff involved wih the architecture, but i dont have the habbit of a night time for reading and i think it´s because besides the lack of time, i´m just a visual person, so that´s why it´s so imporant for me a book that i can see it in my head while i´m reading. And Roberto Ampuero´s books makes my job easier.
